B&B spoilers reveal that Sally brainstormed a devious scheme in order to get back Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). She needed help to put the plan into action, which had her make a deal with an old friend.

Penny and Sally seem to go way back and share a love of fashion. Sally convinced Penny to give her a fake diagnosis to lure back a former love. In return, she would get Penny into Forrester Creations to start a new career in fashion.

However, Penny doesn’t like this sickness scheme and keeps trying to get out of it. This is getting on Sally’s nerves as she keeps having to push Penny to keep quiet.

B&B Spoilers – Flo Fulton’s Resilience

It is clear that Flo is determined, which is why she kept interrogating Penny. At first, it was because she wanted more information on Sally’s condition. However, it is now clear to her that Sally is tricking everyone.

When Flo told Sally that the game was over, it sent the heartbroken designer into a panic. She has no idea that things are about to get a lot worse.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Sally learns about an unexpected complication. Penny ended up punching Flo so hard that she is knocked unconscious. This might pose a bit of a problem for Sally’s romantic scheme.

In a preview photo published in the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, the two women hover over an unresponsive Flo. While Sally looks terrified, Penny seems extremely calm. At the same time, she almost looks pleased with herself.

It is possible that Sally might have to take drastic action in order to protect her secret. Nobody can know that has a personal connection to Penny. If anyone gets wind of it, then they will be able to figure out that they are working together. As long as nobody knows Penny and Sally are friends, then the designer can’t be held accountable for Flo’s injuries. She could pretend to be clueless about why a doctor would beat up Flo.
