The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Spectra And Penny Escobar Are Frantically Trying To Hide Flo Fulton
Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall the cliffhanger of the last newly produced episode when Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Penny are trying to drag an unconscious Flo into the bedroom, Wyatt came home and started to come through the front door with his key! Sally had turned over the scatter rug under the coffee table to help drag Flo’s unconscious body into the bedroom when he comes through the door, so Penny thinks quick and tells him that Flo tripped on the rug and hit her head on the corner of the coffee table!
It looks like the dish of shells and other items are on the floor, indicating the signs of the struggle, but Wyatt is so worried about Flo he doesn’t even notice that and helps Penny and Sally get Flo off the floor and into the bed, which is what Penny and Sally tell Wyatt they were trying to do!
By this time, after both women were done frantically fussing what to do and at the last minute before Wyatt arrived at the beach house had decided to see if Flo even had a pulse, Flo had been unconscious for at least ten to fifteen minutes and by the time Wyatt got her up on the bed, she had an enormous goose egg-sized bump on it with a little bit of bleeding, which Penny determined was only a skin-deep scrape.

Penny pretends to freak out over now having two patients, crying to Wyatt that she never should have allowed brave Sally to try to help with Flo! She tells Wyatt to put the bag of frozen peas on the goose egg on Flo’s head while she goes to her car to grab her doctor’s bag which she forgot to bring in the house.
This could lead to questions later, but she can always say she saw Flo on the floor with Sally trying to help get her into the bedroom and up on the bed, and hadn’t gotten around to bringing her bag because she was afraid this would happen to Sally! Sally comes too and apologizes for being such a pain, Wyatt and Penny, after Penny gets back in the bedroom with her little black bag, both assure her she has nothing to apologize for, and Penny plays it up that

Sally was so brave and unselfish trying to help Flo! She checks out both Sally and Flo and tells Wyatt the goose egg is a good thing because the swelling won’t put pressure on Flo’s brain that way (which is true). He questions should her head not be x-rayed or something, and Penny tells him unless her symptoms get worse or she doesn’t wake up in a couple of hours that watchful waiting and continued icing of the goose egg are the best treatment! She doesn’t mention possible seizures!

I don’t think Flo will remember what happened for a while.
She may not remember what happened but she might continue to be suspicious of Sally and may slowly get her memory back.
