Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, May 5, 2025, are here! In the next episode, fans can expect Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) to agree to a plan.

Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) blasts EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) counsels Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Steve Johnson & Shawn Brady’s Mission

In tomorrow’s episode, fans will watch as Shawn turns to Steve for help. Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) is still in a coma, but also has sepsis.

There is a drug being developed that could save Bo’s life. However, the doctor won’t risk everything, even if it could save a man’s life.

After Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) plea was rejected, Shawn will take drastic action. Shawn meets with Steve, and the two discuss the experimental drug.

In a preview clip, Shawn tells Steve that they are going to have the steal the drug. So, the two will go over a plan on how to do that without getting busted.

Chanel Dupree-DiMera’s Blast Session

Over with Chanel, she will rip into EJ. Chanel really began thinking of Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) baby as her own.

JANEL spent so much time trying to get Amy Choi’s (Shi Ne Nielson) approval. Now that they have it, Johnny has backed out of the adoption entirely, leaving Chanel confused and crushed.

This all stems from EJ, though. So, Chanel will confront her father-in-law and rip him apart for destroying all of their dreams.

Marlena Evans’ Wisdom

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Johnny was punched by Tate Black (Leo Howard). However, Johnny was able to explain why he backed out of the adoption.

There is nothing that Johnny can do to fix the situation, but Tate now realizes they weren’t being strung along. Tate can see that Johnny is really struggling with this situation.

Next, Johnny will meet with Marlena. The psychiatrist will do her best to help her grandson. While Johnny knows he’s nothing like his father, it’s getting his heart to accept that.

It is also teased that Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) makes a decision. However, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will try to get Cat to reconsider.

Does this have anything to do with the sepsis treatment? For some reason, I’m getting the feeling that Cat could get wrapped up in this mission.
