Could this be the end of the Kate Middleton era? That’s what a lot of royal fans on both sides of the pond can’t help but wonder when it comes to the future queen of England.
Kate Middleton Accused Of Showing Royal Disrespect
That’s because her move to pull out of Ascot at the very last minute has irked some royalists behind closed doors.
In fact, some people are even going as far as to call Princess Kate’s move very disrespectful towards King Charles. She backed out of a royal engagement and is yet to give an explanation as to why.
While sources close to Prince William’s wife says that she’s just trying to find the balance between her royal engagements and her family life at home, others see it differently.
hen asked how King Charles might have reacted towards Kate Middleton’s last-minute decision to pull out of Ascot, the insider said, “Charles is a very thoughtful and considerate man. He is going through cancer himself so he will be entirely understanding. He knows all about good days and bad days, physically and mentally.”
“Charles has been very insistent that the show must go on, come hell or high water. Kate and William tackle their public duties differently, which is their privilege, for now. Charles has been very clear that he supports their decisions.”
What’s Next For The Princess of Wales?
If that weren’t enough, the tipster also added, “There is a perception in some quarters that Kate just doesn’t like racing and so didn’t make the effort. That is probably not fair, but you have to wonder if she would have missed Wimbledon, which she adores. I am sure she was genuinely unable to come, yet the last-minute nature of the way it was announced makes the king look disrespected.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.

How unkind people are! I’m sure Catherine would have attended Ascot if she could. Everyone know a variety of illnesses can come on suddenly. We should also remember what a tough time Catherine has had.. Chemo takes a long time to get over!

Kate dues more than she can and would never shun anything if she was able to attend. Please show her respect too. I am sure there will b another Ascot “function “
It’s really none of anyone’s business why Princess Catherine didn’t attend Ascot. As long as her husband and father in law know the reason, that’s all that matters. I highly doubt that the King felt disrespected in anyway.
I don’t understand why people think that they
are entitled to a reason for anything that happens as far as the royal family goes.
Leave Kate and William alone. They have been through enough an d there will be a very good reason why Kate didn’t attend and she doesn’t have to answer to all those that can do nothing else but criticize, I wonder how they would cope with all the media if they were in the same position. How cruel people can be! Catherine is still recovering from the ghastly Chemo she had. Is she not allowed to feel unwell? Let’s show her kindness. There is not enough in the world!!!
