‘General Hospital’ Preview July 18: Portia Fights Back, Liesl’s Willow Warning, Dante’s Surveillance

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, July 18, 2025. It shows Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) deciding to fight back.

Liesl Orbrecht (Kathleen Gati) tells Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) there is something very wrong with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Plus, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) watches surveillance.

Liesl Orbrecht’s Connection

Fans watched with excitement as the very talented and lovely Kathleen Gati returned to reprise the role of Liesl. When Liesl came back, it was for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) storyline.

Despite the bad things he heard about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), Rocco went ahead and reached out to Liesl. However, it turns out that Rocco isn’t the only storyline that has Liesl coming back.

Willow Tait Called Out

It seems that Liesl also pays a visit to Nina. That is when Liesl says in a harsh tone that there is something very wrong with Willow.

What Liesl says is true and now I’m wondering if it’s something more than insecurity and mental health issues. I’m wondering if Willow has a brain tumor.

That could explain her actions and why Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is suddenly more important than her own children. It could also give Willow a path to redemption.

Meanwhile, Willow talks to someone on the phone at the hospital. With a worried brow, Willow asks if there is really no room for compromise.

Portia Robinson’s Declaration

General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview clip also shows Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) meeting with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

After freaking out, Portia declares she is taking her power back. The doctor adds that Drew can go straight to hell!

Fans will also see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tell Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) that she will always have a home in Port Charles.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gives Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a heads up about Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

Later, Dante watches someone, presumably Vaughn or Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard), on surveillance. In an impatient and confused voice, Dante asks, “Who the hell are you waiting for?”

Fans know that Hank seems to be onto something. At the pool, Hank was watching Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). So, it sounds like if her cover isn’t blown yet, it could be soon enough.
