‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview July 25: Sonny Warns Marco, Molly’s Surprise, Willow vs Nina

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, July 25, 2025. It shows Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) warning Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) confronts Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Meanwhile, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) surprises Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Sonny Corinthos’ Warning

Let’s start off with Sonny, who forced Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to make a deal. Sidwell wanted his son to be okay, so of course, he agreed to the mobster’s terms.

However, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) went to the police, which didn’t please Sonny too much.

In any case, Sonny will tell Marco that he won’t be touched if he stays out of Sidwell’s business. While Marco has made a deal for now, how long will that last? At some point, Marco or Lucas will blurt out the truth.

Lucy Coe Rattled

Over with Sidwell, he has a little chat with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). The preview clip shows Sidwell assuring Lucy that it’s all about “peaceful coexistence.” Sidwell looks pretty confident, but Lucy seems rather rattled.

Molly Lansing-Davis’ Surprise

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, July 25 reveal that Molly will be at the Metro Court pool in a bikini. The ADA lifts her head up, pleased that she was finally able to catch Cody off guard.

While Cody smiles, fans know that he’s working with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) on a scheme against Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Over with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he is beaming as he gushes to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) about their new life.

The groom promises Scout that they are going to live happily ever after. However, Drew is totally unaware that some secrets are about to come out on his wedding day.

Meanwhile, Willow angrily confronts Nina about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) bombshell. Willow demands to know if her mother had an affair with Drew.

Now, even if Nina does admit it, will Willow just believe Drew’s claim? I could see Drew suggesting that both Nina and Curtis are lying because they hate them so much. Considering all the drama and complicated history, Willow just might disown her mother and continue marrying Drew.

Of course, if that happens, Drew will eventually have to face the truth about Willow. The nurse isn’t going to stop at Daisy Gilmore Corinthos (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford). That girl is seriously disturbed, and people like that always need a target, so stay tuned.
