‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers August 4-8: Lily Crumbles, Cane’s Danger, Phyllis’ Bold Move

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 4 tease some drama! Fans can expect Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to crumble after processing the events in Nice.

Cane Ashby’s Move

Let’s start off with Cane, who feels guilty about what happened at the party in Nice. At the same time, he refuses to give up on either of his goals.

One is his business goals, and the other is to win back Lily. While Cane is up for the challenge of beating Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he could face some danger.

It’s not clear if Cane was telling the truth or not about his life being in danger in Nice. If he was being honest, then another villain could follow him to Genoa City.

Newman Family Unites

There is also the Newman family. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have formed a truce. Victor expects the whole family to unite to protect themselves from Cane’s attacks.

Phyllis Summers’ Bold Act

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 4 reveal that fans could see Phyllis make another power play. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) makes an alliance offer to Phyllis.

Although she was already burned a few times by Billy, her hunger to prove herself to be Team Cane could take over.

It will have Phyllis’ loved ones concerned about how she’s putting everything into this possibility.

Fans will also see Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) report concerning information to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).

Meanwhile, Mariah could tell Sharon about her crumbled marriage to Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). Sharon would encourage the redhead to just get honest with Tessa.

However, Mariah could dig her heels in. By the time she comes to her senses, Tessa might already be with someone else.

There is also Lily, who could have a total meltdown when she sees Cane in town. She will likely order him to leave, but Cane always has a plan.

There should also be funeral services coming up for both Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) as well as Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). However, Cane might show up at Damian’s service, which will infuriate a lot of people.
