‘General Hospital’ Recap August 6: Turner Bonds With Sonny, Chase’s Confrontation, Liesl Targeted

General Hospital recap is finally in for Wednesday, August 6, 2025. In today’s episode, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) bonds with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) confronts Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) targets Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Harrison Chase’s Confrontation

At the Metro Court pool, Chase and Michael talk about baseball. The detective mentions Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

The father refuses to discuss her with Chase. The detective counters that Michael owes him an explanation, especially after breaking up his marriage.

The nurse now realizes who Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is! Willow still needs to be held responsible. They continue bickering until Michael blurts out that Willow behaved badly, too. Chase mentions that Michael is just punishing Willow as well as the children.

Lulu Spencer’s Alliance

Over with Lulu, she talks to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about Gio Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) game. Liesl was there, screaming for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) from the stands, she claims.

Carly says it’s too messy. Lulu continues pushing her, is it because of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)? The reporter continues begging and finally Carly agrees to think about it, but on one condition.

Lulu has to prove that Liesl is an actual threat. The grandmother wouldn’t be a threat to Rocco.

Lulu claims that Liesl is trying to replace her as Rocco’s parent. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) stole that from her! Carly warns that if she continues pushing, she could lose Rocco for good.

Rocco Falconeri’s Game

At the field, Liesl congratulates Gio and Rocco on the game. Oberecht meets Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). Jason is there as well.

While the kids put everything away, Liesl and Jason chat. The right hand man says Liesl is putting Rocco in a tough situation.

Jason also orders her to tell Rocco the whole truth about the embryo scandal. Liesl starts to approach Rocco, but then claims she is lactose intolerant and can’t join them for ice cream.

Meanwhile, Rocco informs Danny that he wants to get to know Liesl and Britt better. However, his parents won’t allow it. Danny thinks he has a right to want to know them.

Laura Collins’ Intel

Over at the mayor’s office, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) visits Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The mayor wants to talk, but it has to be off the record.

Did Sonny have Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) kidnapped? As they compare notes, they both agree that Marco isn’t telling the truth.

They discuss Rocco and the situation with Liesl. They agree that Rocco has the right to find out both sides of the story. After all, Britt is dead.

Justine Turner Bonds

At the hospital, Sonny brings in Turner. Willow arrives and Sonny asks for another nurse. She agrees but warns that they could be waiting for a while.

As they wait, Turner asks Sonny if that nurse was Willow. They talk about Drew and Willow. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is brought up, too.

They agree that it’s hard to make important decisions, especially with family law. The mob boss is glad that his son got custody, but surprised as well.

Sonny doesn’t think it was a mistake, but does wonder why Willow didn’t even get visitation. Turner agrees that it does sound odd.

Turner gets uncomfortable. Sonny can sense that she doesn’t like anyone seeing her vulnerable. A nurse arrives to take Turner to a room.

Meanwhile, Willow tells Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) about Sonny’s request. She thinks it’s karma. The nurse suddenly blurts out that Drew blackmailed Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and she didn’t even care. The topic turns to her past and Chase.

Maxie Jones’ Urgent Discussion

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) talks to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) about Sonny’s bad investment.

They want to go to the police. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) appears and declares there has been a change in plans. They need to keep quiet to protect Deception.

Tracy talks about Marco and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) talking about the possibilities. It would be disastrous. Everyone thinks they should stay quiet except Maxie. When Maxie and Lucy leave, Tracy wonders if Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will find out.
