General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has seen some red flags recently that have her on the fence about suing Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for custody of Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).
With that said, after everything that went down during the Tuesday, August 12 episode, could she push the button on an emergency custody petition?
Scout Quartermaine Is Unhappy
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Scout has been through a lot lately. She’s still grieving the loss of her mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who’s only been gone for mere months, not to mention how Drew has alienated her from her brothers, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) – as well as the rest of her family.
Scout needs to be with Danny and Rocco now more than ever – she could also use the support system of her Quartermaine family.
In addition to all this, Drew confused Scout by moving fast with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), and technically, with Willow dumping Drew, she’s another person Scout has “lost” in her life.
Alexis knows that Sam would want Scout living with Danny and Rocco; however, at the end of the day, Drew is her primary guardian right now.
Still, Scout went to extreme lengths during Tuesday’s show to spend time with Danny and the rest of the Qs. Could this move cause Alexis to strike back?
Not The First Time …
An emergency petition for custody was thrown around a lot during Willow and Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) fight for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko). Could it come into play here too?
Scout isn’t being hurt or abused (although some may argue Drew is playing mind games with the child), but he is definitely neglecting her.
After Tuesday’s show, could Alexis have the legal ammunition to push the button on an emergency petition for custody of Scout?
As Drew is foaming at the mouth to arrest Danny, Alexis might even do it in retaliation for what he’s putting her grandson through!

[…] Portia already told her husband, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about Drew’s blackmail attempt. However, Michael has yet to find out, and his friend, Curtis could fill him in soon. […]
[…] His kindness — from comforting her when Curtis wasn’t sure he wanted their marriage to continue, to standing by her even if she was about to fall from grace as hospital Co-Chief of Staff — feels too perfect, sparking whispers of hidden motives. […]
[…] Let’s begin with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who has been spending time with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) since arriving in Port Charles. Of course, Lucy put on the charm the minute she learned about Mr. Moneybags. […]
[…] And while she has gotten pretty close to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), let’s face it, that’s the last person that should be in her orbit right now. In fact, he’s hurting her image more than helping it! […]
It feels as if this kind of abuse by Drew of Willow’s children and his own daughter and her maternal family is a re-traumatization for fans who have may have experienced such blatant lack of being empathized with and cared for by a parent. This and the Stella stuff had really better be the tide turner for Pt. Charles vs. Drew.
And at the same time Michael better be figuring out a way to get some help for Wiley and to make arrangements for Willow to have supervised visitation because this his “we have to do what the judge says” with no more explanation than about Willow’s need for serious psychological evaluation and other reasons that he is keeping him from his Mother is almost as bad. Pleeeease don’t use the children this way. Also, Drew’s character is so boring with one incident after another. It needs to end.
