During a VJ Day celebration, the world noticed that the Queen of England could not hold back tears when a veteran briefly mentioned King Charles’s cancer.

While Buckingham Palace has been awfully quiet about what has been going on behind closed doors, there’s now a lot of speculation suggesting that things are probably worse than what the palace wants to admit.

In other words, the King of England might not even have much time on his hands. And if there’s one person who knows this the most, it’s his wife, Queen Camilla.

That’s why, for the very first time, she allowed the world to see her in a very emotional state with tears running down her cheeks.

So, what does this mean for the monarchy? First off, there’s no doubt that they are in a transitional stage. It seems like King Charles wants to stay on the throne until the very end. And seeing how he’s waited his entire life for the throne, no one can blame him for it.

What’s Next For Prince William?

Second, Prince William is getting ready to take on the biggest role of his life. But whether or not he’s actually ready for it, remains to be determined.

That’s mostly because he’s got so much on his shoulders right now. He’s dealing with his father’s impending death, all the drama stemming from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s issues back in California and of course, the pressure of him being the next leader of the monarchy.
