The Young And The Restless Spoilers: 3 Things Nick Could Do To Upset Sharon And Ruin A Reunion

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Shick are flirting with disaster. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) got closer during the drama in Nice, France, and now they are carrying these feelings over to GC.

There are fans who would love Schick to work out, and many who think it’s time to move on. Let’s take a look at what could unfold as these co-parents explore their relationship status!

1) Nick’s Deal with Cane Throws Sharon

Nick is intent on having an involvement with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), their captor in Nice. The idea is for Nick to play the good cop to Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) bad cop, and thus topple the ogre.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants this scheme to happen which means that Nick is back taking orders from his father. What could go wrong?

On top of this, Nick could be forced to work somehow with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and there is always the chance for misdeeds between these two exes. We doubt that Sharon would condone any of this which could put a reunion in danger.

2) Nick Isn’t Very Communicative

Sharon wants to discuss their kiss in Nice and the almost kiss at the coffeehouse, but Nick isn’t so keen to dissect his feelings.

This isn’t unusual for a man, but Sharon has a need to get to the bottom of this quasi-relationship and we don’t blame her.

The more Sharon pushes, the more we think she will push Nick away. If he isn’t ready to talk, he isn’t ready. Any more pressure and he could decide to just walk away.

3) Nick’s Commitment Issues

Nick has commitment issues with Sharon. It’s understandable, but when you fall off the horse you’ve got to get right back on. So to speak.

Nick fears that they will hurt each other again if they reunite and he has a valid point—there are many, many receipts.

But having a relationship means committing 100% and if Nick can’t do that there will simply be no reunion.
