‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Thursday, August 21: Martin’s Leverage On Drew, Ava’s Dilemma, Molly Needs Cody

General Hospital spoilers reveal that a preview clip has been released for Thursday, August 21, 2025. It shows Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) standing up to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). 

Ava Jerome (Maura West) seemingly faces a moral dilemma. Plus, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) turns to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) for his expertise. Stella Henry Hopeless

Let’s begin with Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), who got some legal advice from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). However, it seems that the stack of cards is against the woman.

In the preview clip for today’s episode, Stella tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that this time, Drew won.

Martin Grey’s Leverage

Meanwhile, Martin has just learned that Drew is responsible for Stella’s legal predicament. The lawyer has developed a real soft spot for Stella after she helped him with the insurance situation. So, for Drew to do this to Stella is a huge slap in the face to Martin.

Martin tells Drew that he’ll sign the statement for the police. Only if Drew drops the investigation into Stella, though. 

Meanwhile, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) face each other again. The ADA tells the mob boss, “This should be good.” 

Tracy Quartermaine’s Warning

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 21 reveal that the preview clip also features Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) issuing a desperate warning.

The matriarch tells Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that she has to be there or she’ll never forgive herself.

There will also be a scene of Molly turning to Cody for some help. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) begs Ava to keep this secret to herself.

However, the look on Ava’s face is shock when she’s asked not to tell anyone. So, this could put her loyalty and their friendship to the test.

Plus, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) gets a visitor. Now, we know that Nina and Ric meet later in the week. So, Nina must have some idea of what to do to help Willow. I wonder if this new scheme has anything to do with what Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) said to her during the pool incident. 

There might also be some developments in Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) heart attack. The young woman still hasn’t woken up, so she could be comatose for a while.

However, fans shouldn’t worry, Storms herself assured everyone she hopes to be back by the end of the year while she settles in Tennessee.
