Chrisley Knows Best alum Todd Chrisley started campaigning against the alleged abuse of prisoners and on social media, he shared that an inmate shouted his efforts out. And, a lawyer also chimed in their take on it.
Inmate Feels Gratitude
In a recently edited Instagram post, Todd Chrisley shared how a prisoner feels extremely inspired by his efforts to highlight the alleged abuse within the prison service. He shared a very long screenshot about it.

In his caption, Todd wrote, “This is why I will never stop advocating for fair and humane treatment for all men and women and juveniles in the prison system.” He talked about 60 days inside the system and how she is allegedly being “denied medical care by a warden at Estill federal prison camp in Estill South Carolina.”
He also shouted out the new “director of the BOP,” hoping that the warden at the facility gets fully investigated.
A Lawyer Responds
In the comments section, someone who claimed to be a lawyer fully supported Todd Chrisley and his prison justice efforts. They wrote.
Lawyer here from SC, I hope people realize that it would have been ‘easier’ for you to be silent. No target on your back after already feeling like you were targeted. I never watched your show, but I appreciate your new podcast. Speak your truth. We are listening.:
Other followers of the man pardoned by Donald Trump for tax and fraud convictions also weighed in.
Reactions In The Comments
Many people have come to realise through Savannah and Todd Chrisley that there really does seem to be room for improvement in BOP. So, plenty of others dropped their thoughts.
One of them wrote, “Strong work..keep speaking and never stop flighting.’
Here are a few more reactions:
- Thank you so much, Todd, Julie and Savannah for advocating for PPL who’s voices are not being heard…
- Helping these people to be treated humanely is a noble but very real calling. May God bless your and Julie’s efforts to help!
- It has been amazing to see the why in your testimony.
- I thank God for Todd and Julie every day. The system needs y’all.
- Denying medical care is so illegal. The same thing happened to my mom.
There seem to be plenty of people who know of inmates who struggled in the system. And those who don’t seem to feel finally Todd found a God-given reason for his existence. Many people believe that he was chosen to make a difference.
