‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, September 4: Willow Suspicious, Tracy’s Warning, Drew Update Shocks, Lulu Stunned

General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, September 5, 2025! Fans can expect Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to grill Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) gives Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) the boot. Plus, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) takes a big risk.

Drew Cain’s Shooting Spreads

Let’s start off with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who was shot in the back by an unknown person. It seems for the time being, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are okay. However, that could change once the police start investigating.

Portia Robinson’s Risk

Over with Portia, she will take a big risk. The doctor offered to help Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) with the surgery to save Drew.

However, will she try to end Drew’s life permanently in the operating room? Or could she do her job, only to force Drew’s hand since she saves his life? It really seems like it could go either way right now.

In a preview clip, Trina suggests to Kai that her mother might have done something more extreme tonight.

Anna Devane & Harrison Chase’s Investigation

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 4 reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) interview suspects. Chase will try to advocate for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but Anna is doubtful of her innocence.

Nina Reeves’ Mistake

At the hospital, Nina will rush in, wanting to check on her daughter. However, she makes a slip by mentioning Drew’s shooting. The nurse asks, “How did you know Drew was shot?” 

Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) makes a discovery. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) ends up confiding in Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

Alexis asks Dante to leave her house, but that could just make him even more suspicious. Of course, with Alexis, Ava Jerome (Maura West), and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) hiding hostage Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) in the basement, things are about to get messy.

Also, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) opens up to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). In a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Tracy tells Michael, “Make sure Monica [Quartermaine, last played by Leslie Charleson] never hears about this!”

Of course, there are several people who could have shot Drew. In the meantime, almost everyone is going to be a suspect. However, could the real shooter be someone nobody expects?
