General Hospital spoilers indicate that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) may know who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) told Michael that she would keep a secret that she saw him at Drew’s house right before he was shot. Now that could indicate that Michael is guilty of shooting Drew, but there is probably more to it than that.
It is quite possible that Michael saw the culprit shoot Drew, and is keeping quiet about it. It is definitely someone that Michael would want to protect, and there are several people that he would go above and beyond to cover the crime up.
Michael Corinthos Was Going To Drew Cain’s House To Confront Him
Michael may have been on his way to Drew’s house to confront him. He could have wanted to confirm that Drew was back together with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), and urge him to let Willow go.
Although Willow is not in her right mind right now, he knows that Drew is toxic for her. Before he could go inside, he saw the blast coming from inside the house, and also the second blast from his car.
Although it was dark, he couldn’t see the shooter from outside in his car, but he did see the person leaving Drew’s house.
Michael Corinthos Knows The Identity of Drew Cain’s Shooter
Michael could indeed know the identity of Drew’s shooter. Michael could have been stunned to see his cousin, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) leaving the scene of the crime with a gun in his hand!
Michael would have been too shocked to move, and unable to grasp the fact that Danny shot Drew. Michael wouldn’t have time to react quick enough to catch Danny, who left.
That’s when Tracy pulled up, and saw Michael leaving Drew’s house. Michael would have to make sure that Danny is not implicated in the crime.
Danny Morgan Has A Great Motive For Shooting Drew Cain
Danny once thought of Drew as a father, especially when Drew thought he was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Additionally, he and Drew were still close once the truth was learned that he was actually Jason’s twin brother. Drew would have done anything for Danny.
For Drew to turn on Danny would be extremely hurtful, and the fact that he is keeping his sister, Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) from him was the last straw for him. Also, Drew attempted to have Danny arrested for taking Scout from camp, and that added fuel to the fire.
Danny thought that getting rid of Drew was the only way to save his sister, and make sure that they are not separated.
Michael Corinthos Must Make Sure The Truth Does Come Out
Michael would stop at nothing to make sure that no one ever knows that Danny is Drew’s shooter. He would start to make tracks to make sure that the crime is covered up. He can explain to Tracy why he was at Drew’s right before he was shot, as Tracy could believe that Michael is guilty.
Michael wouldn’t even want to tell Tracy the truth about what Danny has done because he would feel anyone knowing would put Danny at risk.

Please no, don’t have Danny to be one of the now people suggested that shot Drew Cain. Guess as writers are using the who shot JR theme, they had to up it one, but having double shooters. Michael just may know who the shooter was, but please don’t allow Danny to be a part of the story line especially as one of the now two proposed shooters.

No, I know that is what Michael saw, but I just think Danny was in the house to do it. Someone else was in there and beat him to it.
Why doesn’t anyone think that Sidwell didn’t have it done. I know that Sidwell had to have killed the judge because she wouldn’t have met anyone else down by the water like that.
Willow shot Drew but left the gun st Drews, so Michael found the gun and waited for the opportunity to return the gun to the shooter. Willow was attempting to frame Michael for shooting Drew. Sure Willow was wearing gloves so no prints on the gun. Thats why Willow said thats not possible when they found the gun in her room.
