TLC 90 Day Fiance Spoilers: Geoffrey Says Varya’s Arrival At His Home Wasn’t Staged – Claims He Was Totally Shocked

TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers 2020 tease that Geoffrey Paschel has a serious situation to deal with on the show right now. As viewers know, Geoffrey decided to move on from his Russian love Varya Malina on last Sunday’s episode of Before The 90 Days. Geoffrey had a nice date with his friend and former flame Mary, and the two decided to pursue a relationship together going forward.

That was all well and good, but what Geoffrey didn’t appear to know was that Varya was on her way to Geoffrey’s home in Knoxville, Tennessee. Varya traveled all the way from Russia to try to patch things up with Geoffrey, and she was so certain that she and Geoffrey would get back together that she ended up on Geoffrey’s doorstep with all of her luggage in tow!

Well, what happened next couldn’t have been a more perfect reality TV moment. Varya showed up at Geoffrey’s door the morning after his date with Mary…and Mary was still there at Geoffrey’s house. Now, some might argue that this whole setup was staged given the all-too-convenient timing. But Geoffrey has insisted in a new interview that Varya showing up at his house was a total surprise to him.

Geoffrey appeared on the Domenick Nati show earlier this week to talk about his experiences on the show, and he stated adamantly that he didn’t know Varya was coming until the moment he opened the door and saw her standing there. “When Varya showed up again, it was kind of like what the hell – what do I do?” Geoffrey said during the interview.

“I assumed it was production because they were going to come over and film some B-roll, you know, film me doing whatever. The thing about it is – they had no idea Mary was there. They had zero idea,” Geoffrey said. “And then the doorbell rang.”

Geoffrey continued: “I answered the door. My door panel is translucent, so you can’t really see what’s on the other side, basically. So I went to the door thinking it was production and it was Varya with her ‘surprise!’”

During the interview, Geoffrey also said that his date with Mary and Varya’s surprise appearance came three months after he had left Russia. But Geoffrey revealed that Varya had been texting him for some time leading up to her arrival in the US.

“I had been ignoring her,” Geoffrey said. “She was like, ‘Hey, how’s your day?’ And I was like, ‘Hi, fine.’ I was just really kind of low-key, letting it die down. I don’t feel like I broke up with her when I left. I feel like she ended the relationship.”

At any rate, viewers will be able to see all the drama on this Sunday’s all-new episode of Before The 90 Days when Varya and Mary come face to face at Geoffrey’s house. Things could get explosive, and it looks like Geoffrey will be right in the middle of the drama. Varya is going to get a rude awakening, as she deals with the huge consequences of her turning down Geoffrey’s proposal.
