‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Tuesday, November 4: Sonny’s Deadly Declaration, Sidwell’s Corners Victim, Tracy Takes Charge

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. It shows Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) making a deadly declaration.

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Tracy, who will take charge. Fans watched as Tracy went to confront Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) at the Quartermaine mansion.

When confronted, Ronnie admitted to her part in it, but said it was all Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) idea.

Tracy isn’t going to let Ronnie off the hook yet, though, despite the Q’s standing up for the Port Charles newcomer. In the preview clip for today’s episode, expect Tracy to give an order. The woman orders someone out of her house, presumably Ronnie.

Portia Robinson & Jordan Ashford Clash

Over at Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) place, she opens the door expecting Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). When she opens it, she sees none other than Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

The good doctor makes a snarky comment about how Jordan must have been expecting her husband. Of course, Curtis and Portia aren’t together anymore, so Jordan isn’t doing anything wrong.

Especially when you consider it’s Curtis pushing this, not Jordan. However, Portia won’t be pleased that Jordan told Curtis her personal business.

Jordan might ask why she was trying to keep the pregnancy a secret from her own husband. Will Jordan figure out that Portia must have a paternity dilemma?

Meanwhile, Curtis tells Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) that Jordan is the one he wants.

Sonny Corinthos’ Deadly Declaration

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 4 reveal that the preview clip also shows Sonny making a deadly declaration. Drew interrupted Sonny’s meeting with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and is going crazy.

The congressman has a lot to feel guilty about, so his paranoia is kind of understandable. At the same time, he must think Sonny and Alexis are plotting to kill him!

In a preview clip, the mob boss declares, “If I wanted you dead, you’d be dead!” Meanwhile, Drew announces there’s a change of plans.

Fans will also see Sidwell tell an unseen person, “You’ll do exactly what I tell you to do.” Then, over at the hospital, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) delivers news to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

This is likely that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wants Jason to find out if Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is dead or alive. Britt says, “You can’t be serious?!”
