Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, November 13, 2025. Fans can expect Salem to gather for the Dr. Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey) Free Clinic gala.

Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) has a mission to accomplish. Plus, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) shares a tender moment with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).

Another Unexpected Run-In

Let’s start off with Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). The blonde is back in Salem and hosted a baby shower for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens). While the party went smoothly, JANEL took the baby home.

Sami already met up with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) earlier this week. However, the two will have another encounter in Thursday’s episode. Could EJ convince Sami to let him see photos of the baby?

Family’s Tender Moment

Over with Marlena, she had to leave the baby shower early. The psychiatrist covered, but everyone is worried about her. Will was kind enough to escort his grandmother home and is making her some tea.

Could Marlena open up to Will about her troubling symptoms?

Dangerous Alliance & Mission

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, November 13 reveal that Gwen will embark on a mission. Fans know that Gwen asked Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) to help her find out if Dimitri von Leuschner (last played by Peter Porte) is dead or not.

However, it seems that this could put Leo in grave danger. Remember, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) was worried about journalism costing Leo his life. Maybe that wasn’t paranoia but intuition.

Back to Gwen, her task will have the woman on edge.

What Else to Expect

Fans can also look forward to Leo and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) making a discovery.

They will realize that they are working at cross purposes. So, why exactly is Cat investigating Dimitri? It sounds like the character might return.

Speaking of Cat, there was that flashback to seeing Sami read to EJ. Cat didn’t see her face at that time, so there must be more to the story.

Plus, everyone will gather together for the Dr. Tom Horton Free Clinic gala. Nearly everyone will be there, including some returning faces.

Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), Sami, Marie Horton (Maree Cheatham), Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow), and more.

There is also a preview clip which shows Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) giving an emotional speech at the event.
