It might have taken her some time to get here, but she’s finally here. There’s a new report that suggests Kate Middleton is finally ready to be the next queen of England. In other words, she wants to snag that crown away from Queen Camilla. And who can blame her?

According to one royalist close to the situation, Princess Kate is “as ready as she will ever be to be queen.” In other words, it’s either now or never.

Hugo Vickers, who often has something or another to say about the royal family on almost a daily basis, says that Kate Middleton is now taking her royal duties more seriously than ever before.

Vickers put it this way, “I’m told she’s getting better and that’s indicated by slightly more frequent appearances … but it’s clearly been absolutely devastating and very difficult for her, and she’s not out of the woods yet.”

Also, there’s going to be a phased return for the Princess of Wales, which means that royal fans are not going to be seeing her get back to work right away like she did before her cancer diagnosis. In other words, she’s going to be taking things one day at a time.

Vickers explained, “There is no big reset button to go back to where they were before.”

“Cancer is a leveler and every family around the world has someone who has been touched by that disease themselves, so we can all relate to what the Prince and Princess of Wales have gone through. But [Kate] has had to process her illness against the gaze of the world.”

“Her health comes first, that point has been made very effectively — and, of course, her children.”

So far Kate Middleton herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
