‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 18: Carly Torn, Sidwell Deadly Orders, Teens Confess, Britt Ultimatum

General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, November 18, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to get rid of a problem.

3 Must-See General Hospital Moments Tuesday, November 17

1. Truth Comes Crashing Down – Danny and Charlotte surrender, hoping to clear Rocco — but the damage from Dalton’s doctored evidence may already be impossible to reverse.

2. A Chilling Plan Emerges – Sidwell makes it clear that eliminating one man could make all their problems disappear, hinting that Dalton may not survive his latest scheme.

3. Tensions Boil Across Port Charles – Laura explodes over Rocco’s fate, Sonny urges her to prepare for the worst, Dante confides in Lulu, and Jason steps up with an emotional apology — and a warning.

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Danny and Charlotte. Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) took the blame for the lab break-in, assuming the court would go easy on him.

However, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) gave doctored photos to Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor). The fact that the police didn’t search the lab and take photos for themselves is suspicious enough.

However, now we have Dalton smirking as he gloats to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). I don’t blame her for smacking him, to be honest.

Back to Charlotte and Danny, they turn themselves into the police. However, I have a bad feeling that Rocco gets lost in the system or something. Another possibility is that despite turning themselves in, maybe it’s already too late?

Sonny Corinthos’ Wisdom

As for Laura, she will be furious over what’s happened to Rocco. Even though there isn’t much she can do, she does reconnect with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The mob boss warns the mayor to hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

Jenz Sidwell’s Killer Solution

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 18 reveal that Sidwell was not pleased with Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) report about Rocco’s arraignment.

We also have Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who wants to help Rocco too. Britt issues an ultimatum, which might be to Sidwell.

It is teased in a preview clip that Sidwell says if “he” goes away, then so do their problems. It sounds like he is talking about Dalton.

Dante Falconeri & Lulu Spencer Bond

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will open up to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). Once again, Dante was too hard on Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).

A preview clip also shows Dante telling Lulu that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) says Rocco did this to himself.

What Else To Expect

As for what else to expect, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) offers an apology. However, he will want to help Rocco and clear his name. So, I could see him working with Sonny on this.

Elsewhere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) questions Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Also, Jason tells Britt that he will do anything, but not that.
