‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, November 19: Jason Doubtful, Sidwell Gloats, Election Chaos, Sonny Shocked

On the next GH, election results shake Port Charles, Josslyn takes a risky leap with a drunken Dalton, and Emma erupts as new fallout hits the younger crowd.

General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, November 19, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect the election results to come in.

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) is outraged. Plus, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) summons Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

1. Election Night Turns Chaotic – Laura anxiously awaits the results, fearing her attack on Dalton may cost her the race — but a strange outburst from Drew makes the night even more unsettling.

2. Josslyn Makes a Risky Move – After finding Dalton drunk, Josslyn takes a dangerous chance that could backfire fast — and Vaughn intensifies the pressure by summoning her.

3. Emma Reaches Her Breaking Point – Emma is outraged when she learns Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco carried out the plan alone, forcing them into a messy legal situation that may undo everything.

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Both Alexis and Ric Lansing (Ric Hearst) rushed to the police station after getting phone calls.

When they arrived to help Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), Ric and Alexis came to a discovery.

Now Alexis is going to update Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on her theory. The right-hand man asks the lawyer if Danny and Charlotte could save Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Meanwhile, Charlotte has already come up with a plan.

Election Results Come In

Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), her attack on Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) worried her. With the election results coming in, the mayor fears she could have cost herself the election.

However, many people in Port Charles were proud of how fiercely Laura stood up for her grandson.

Then, we have a preview clip for tomorrow. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) angrily asks, “Will ‘I lost’ suffice?” However, the maniacal and menacing look on Drew’s face rattles Laura.

Josslyn Jacks’ Big Risk

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) finds Dalton drunk. The young WSB agent takes a huge risk by telling Dalton, “How about we get out of here?”

At some point, Vaughn summons Josslyn.

Emma Scorpio-Drake Outraged

As for Emma, he will be outraged after hearing everything that’s happened. Emma and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) called off the plan. However, Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco went on to do the plan themselves.

Charlotte and Danny tried to turn themselves in. They got a break when Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) told them that they would have to re-confess to make it legal. Even though they wanted to do the right thing for Rocco, it seems their hands are tied again.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in the next episode, Nathan will provide a listening ear to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) continue their discussion. That is when the villain says, “I am your savior.”

Also, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) issues a desperate request.
