‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday, November 20: Rachel vs Sarah, Justin’s Warning, Jeremy & Chad Bond

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, November 20, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, expect Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) to target Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey). Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) warns Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves).

Rachel Black vs Sarah Horton Kiriakis

Let’s start off with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who is in the hospital with what doctors believe is lyme disease.

Belle Black (Martha Madison) is furious and assumes EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) prevented her mother from getting treatment before. I don’t think that’s quite the case, but okay, Belle.

Over with Rachel, she will target Sarah. Before, the two always got along really well. However, Rachel walked back from the vending machine to find Sarah and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) in a long embrace.

Rachel will also likely overhear that Sarah might be the reason why Marlena didn’t get diagnosed before. Both of these issues combined, along with Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) prison disappearance will be a lot for the little girl.

There is a weekly preview clip that shows Sarah having a severe allergic reaction at Brady’s Pub. Brady tries to help, then realizes Rachel did something.

Xander Cook Kiriakis’ Gratitude

Over with Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he had a blow up with Brady over Sarah recently. Xander ended up storming out, but will later thank Brady.

Xander still cares about Sarah despite their divorce papers. So, Xander will be grateful that Brady helped Sarah survive the allergic reaction.

Justin Kirakis’ Warning

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next episode reveal that Justin returns. The lawyer clearly drew up the custody papers for Jennifer.

However, he will have an urgent warning for her. If she goes through with this, her relationship with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) could be tainted forever.

Although Chad isn’t a spiteful man, I could see him playing dirty to keep his kids. If Jennifer loses the custody case, then Chad could block her from seeing the kids forever.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in tomorrow’s episode, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) hit a brick wall.

Meanwhile, Chad opens up to Jeremy. It seems that the teacher will have some advice for the struggling father. However, is Jeremy really someone he can trust?
