General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, November 20, 2025! Fans can expect Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to be horrified. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) threatens Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

1. Britt Faces a Chilling Wake-Up Call – Britt lashes out at Sidwell, but nothing prepares her for witnessing Dalton’s sudden, deadly fate — a brutal reminder of the power she’s up against.

2. Lucas Warns Carly He’ll Cut Ties – Lucas refuses to let Carly interfere as he moves into Wyndemere with Marco. When she won’t back down, he threatens to shut her out of his life entirely.

3. Jacinda Meets Sonny in a Crucial Moment – Michael introduces Jacinda to Sonny, sparking a conversation that could shift everything — while Willow pleads for help, Nina gets an unexpected visit, and Laura uncovers a shocking new twist.

On The Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Britt, who ranted at Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) about Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard).

While Sidwell agreed that they don’t really need Dalton anymore, Britt wasn’t expecting the man to get shot right there in front of her!

Britt was likely expecting the man to get fired. However, that would risk their secrets getting out. After all, dead men don’t talk.

It also served as a strong message to Britt should she ever get out of line with Sidwel. The lady has a mouth on her, that’s for sure.

Lucas Jones vs Carly Spencer

Over with Lucas, he has another confrontation with Carly. The blonde refuses to accept that Lucas is moving into Wyndemere with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

However, the surgeon puts his foot down with Carly. The man says that if Carly won’t accept it, then she will be the one cut out of his life.

It is also teased that Lucas and Marco dine with Ava Jerome (Maura West). At one point, Ava says in a preview clip, “You and I are going to have a serious problem.” Of course, Ava is probably referring to if Marco breaks Lucas’ heart. If she only knew what Marco was hiding!

Jacinda Breckell & Sonny Corinthos Meet

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) makes an introduction. The young man introduces Jacinda to Sonny. The mob boss says, “Wouldn’t it be nice to get two miracles in one night?”

Willow Tait’s Desperation

As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), she gets an update from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). The client says she will do anything.

Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) asks an unseen person why they wanted to see her.

As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he continues his investigation.

It is also teased that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) makes a shocking discovery. Is this about Dalton or perhaps the election? The lady just found out she won, but with Dalton suddenly dead, things could get complicated for Laura, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), Sonny, and everyone in between!
