General Hospital star Kelly Monaco is starting over. As many of our readers know, the actress who was once known as her character Sam McCall on the hit ABC soap, is looking for a clean slate. At least, that’s what her fan base is beginning to believe.

It’s been several months since Kelly Monaco was last seen on the canvas. As many General Hospital fans can recall, she was left absolutely blindsided when she was told by the producers that her character would be getting written off from the show.

And for a lot of Kelly’s fans, this was heartbreaking news. After all, she was a legacy character who has been on General Hospital for nearly two decades.

A lot of people have even agreed that Port Charles just isn’t the same without her.

With that said, a lot of soap fans thought that this would also be a great time for Kelly to make the transition to primetime television. But that hasn’t happened as of press time.

This has prompted a lot of people to ask: what is going on with Kelly Monaco right now? Well, it seems like she is starting over.

She doesn’t want to go back to the daytime television world but at the same time, she needs to work. She’s not at the age where she can just retire comfortably.

Then again, Kelly could easily get a job on The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless or even Days of Our Lives, but she clearly doesn’t want to do that. Otherwise it would have already happened, right?

General Hospital News: Will Kelly Monaco Ever Come Back To Port Charles?

Now, as far as what step she is going to take next remains to be seen. Will she ever go back to television work? So far the actress hasn’t made any comments about the matter just yet.
