General Hospital Spoilers: Outback’s Cryptic Clue Leads To Dalton’s Secret Lab?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Outback’s cryptic clue might lead to the late Professor Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) secret lab.

Viewers have long suspected Outback could have been an escapee from Dalton’s lab, and it was recently revealed that the lab is at an outside location, not in Port Charles University.

Outback Is Out On A Walk With Cody Bell

Outback is “unofficially officially” living with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) in the Quartermaine stables now, although everyone is welcome to visit the lovable beagle.

Outback was a part of Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) rescue recently, from Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement-she heard Ric crying for help through the outside cellar door and Cody took notice!

After that unexpected rescue that had no search attached to it, Cody has learned to pay attention to the sandwich stealer, because she doesn’t whine, whimper or bark without it meaning something.

Cody is out with Outback on a walk, and they pass a nondescript building in a park, and for some reason, she starts to try to run off, and she whimpers like she’s in pain. Cody has her on a leash, but it’s obvious she’s not after a squirrel; there’s something about that building she’s afraid of!

Cody Knows About The Quest To Free The Lab Animals

Cody knows about the quest to free the lab animals, and that they weren’t found in the lab in Port Charles University, and he has his suspicions about this building.

He knows there’s got to be a reason that Outback is afraid of that building and it must have to do with something she’s experienced there!

Cody’s never seen Outback afraid of anything, and to see her like this is very disturbing-he knows he has to check it out-but he’ll take her home first and return.

And, he’s going to ask his old friend Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to come with him-in case he has to come back on an official basis!

It’s A Long Shot, But Dante Agrees To Come With Him

Dante and the PCPD have been looking for Dalton, and even though it’s a long shot, for that reason he agrees to come with Cody to check out the building.

Dante agrees that there must be a reason for Outback to act like she’s afraid of that building-Dante isn’t coming on an official basis but if there’s reason to, he’ll get the warrant.

It’s possible that Dalton could be hiding out in the building, if the theory that Outback was one of his lab animals is correct.

Cody and Dante are able to look through some windows and see that there are some cages through basement windows. Dante returns with a warrant and although there’s no Dalton, there is a lab, and animals in cages-Outback’s cryptic clue indeed hit paydirt!
