‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, November 26: Jason’s Warning, Drew Gloats, Willow Confronted, Stella Explodes

General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, November 26, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) to go to war.

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) demands answers about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Plus, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has a new reason to freak out.

3 Must-See General Hospital Moments Wednesday, November 26

• 1. Lulu Goes on the Offensive as Jason Delivers a Hard Truth – With Rocco’s bail hearing moved up and Britt revealing who’s behind his injuries, Lulu demands answers and turns to Jason for clarity. He warns her that she may need to face a harsh reality — one that could reshape what she believes about Rocco’s case.
• 2. Stella Tears Into Drew as Willow’s Wedding Triggers Tensions – Stella goes on the warpath and lashes out at Drew, accusing him of ruining lives as he smugly insists he always gets what he wants. Meanwhile, Willow accepts Drew’s proposal — but her happiness is cut short when an unwelcome visitor arrives to challenge her decision.
• 3. Dante & Nathan Scramble for a Strategy While Portia’s Fears Intensify – Dante meets with Nathan to craft a counterargument for the escalating case, but Nathan surprises him with unexpected news. Elsewhere, Chase and BLQ share a heartfelt moment, and Portia spirals as a new crisis emerges — one that could threaten her pregnancy, her reputation, or both.

On the Next General Hospital

Let’s start off with Lulu, who will be concerned about her son. Thankfully, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) was able to get Rocco’s bail hearing moved up.

However, fans and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) just learned that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is responsible for Rocco’s injuries!

Back to Lulu, she will issue a demand. Then, she meets with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The right-hand man warns the blonde that there is a reality they need to face.

Stella Henry’s Warpath

Over with Stella, she will be on the warpath. It seems she runs into Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). The woman asks how many more lives he plans on ruining this evening.

If it is Drew she’s talking to, then the congressman boasts that he always gets what he wants while stuffing his face with food. 

Willow Tait Confronted

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) just accepted Drew’s marriage proposal.

Although stunned, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) agreed to attend the Thanksgiving wedding. What neither realizes is that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) overheard.

In the next episode, Willow answers the door to see someone she doesn’t seem to care for. It’s not clear if this is Michael, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), or someone else. However, Willow assumes they are there to change her mind about the wedding.

What Else to Expect

The next episode will also include Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) urgently meeting with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). The commissioner says, “We gotta come up with an effective counter argument.”

However, it is stated that Nathan ends up surprising Dante. 

Meanwhile, both Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will be stunned. Then, a preview clip for tomorrow shows BLQ saying that this means a lot to him. Chase admits that it does. 

Also, Portia has a new reason to worry. Does this have to do with the baby, or is this about the fake alibi? Either case, Portia’s problems seem to be mounting up and I wonder what the future holds for her and the unborn baby.
