When Calls The Heart fan fave Erin Krakow revealed this week that she is pregnant with her first child, then she debuted her baby bump on Thanksgiving Eve on social media. 

In real life the Elizabeth Thornton portrayer is married to her co-star Ben Rosenbaum, this will be their first baby together.  

When Krakow first announced she was pregnant, Hallmark fans assumed that she was a few months along.  You can imagine everyone’s shock when she took to social media and shared a photo of herself in a crop top and showing off a BIG ol bump.

The When Calls The Heart actress is already pretty far along, in fact she looks like her due date could be just a couple months away. 

After the initial shock wore off, fans began to wonder how his would affect her character Elizabeth’s storyline in the new season of the Hallmark series.  

Hallmark Channel just announced the Season 13 premiere of the popular series, all new episodes are set to start airing after the holidays on January 4, 2026.  

Pregnancy timelines are tricky in Hollywood, but if Erin Krakow is this far along then she was clearly already pregnant when she was filming scenes as Elizabeth Thornton for Season 13. 

In fact, there’s a chance her baby bump was too prominent to hide and the writers opted to write it in to the new episodes.

Word on the internet is Nathan and Elizabeth might FINALLY get engaged and get married in an extravagant Hope Valley wedding when Season 13 returns this winter. 

That means that it wouldn’t be crazy for Elizabeth Thornton to be pregnant too, maybe that’s even why she and Nathan decide to tie the knot.
