6 General Hospital Characters That Hit Santa’s 2025 Naughty List

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that while there will be some characters in the land of Port Charles that get plenty of presents from Santa comes Christmas, below are the top six characters that will get coal in their stockings. Who hit St. Nick’s 2025 ‘naughty’ list? See below.

Drew Cain

From alienating his daughter Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante), from her loved ones, to outright banning her from her brother Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), it would be shocking if Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) got anything from Santa under the Christmas tree.

He fooled Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) into believing Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) didn’t care for him anymore after Daisy Gilmore-Corinthos (Levi Clark Coughlin) was born, and has been known to bully not only Danny, but Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), too.

Launching an investigation against Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) was pretty despicable, and there isn’t enough space on the internet to list all of Drew’s awful actions in 2025.

Willow Tait

Speaking of Drew, his on-again/off-again fiancée comes in hot at number 2 for pretending to be sweet and innocent but transforming into a manipulative diva.

Willow stalked Daisy, a newborn baby, who had Sasha Gilmore (Sophia Mattsson) running out of Port Charles! Plus, fans can tell she’s fooling Harrison Chase (Joshua Swickard) into believing she’s the same old Willow he once knew, and she’s far from it.

Their “friendship” is sure to destroy his marriage in 2026. Willow may get spoiled by Drew this holiday season, but she won’t get anything from Santa!

Jenz Sidwell

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is a baddie through and through and not someone anyone wants to mess with. He offed Judge Eva Heran (Tess Auberjonois) out of convenience when his plan wasn’t going his way, and then did the same thing to PCU Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) because he was becoming a liability.

Who could forget Sidwell starting the fire at Charlie’s, which almost cost Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) life? Santa won’t be visiting Wyndemere this year, but Sidwell has enough money to buy his own Christmas gifts, so will he really care?

Ezra Boyle

Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) is a slimeball to his core, but unlike the other “naughty list” characters, his lack of taking charge when it comes to scheming almost makes him sleazier.

That, and frequenting escort services. Although how else would he get a woman to spend time with him if they weren’t getting paid?

Portia Robinson

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) used to be a good character, but things have gone downhill fast. She can be a real pill for some people to deal with – just ask Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). While she did nothing wrong by jumping into bed with Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) as she was technically broken up with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Santa certainly does not approve of her lying to her husband about being the father of her child.

Martin Grey
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) scored points with Santa when he stuck up for Stella and stood up to Drew.

However, he lost them all when he forged Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will and had everyone believing that Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) had inherited the Quartermaine mansion instead of Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Martin does have a good heart, but he often gets distracted, so here’s hoping he lands on the “nice” list in 2026.
