5 General Hospital Characters That Hit Santa’s 2025 Nice List

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that while there will be some characters in the land of Port Charles who’ll be getting nothing but coal in their stockings, there are some special individuals who will likely get spoiled by the jolly old elf because of how good they were this year. Who hit St. Nick’s 2025 ‘nice’ list? See below.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has done a 180 transformation, becoming one of the nicest characters on the show.

She’s a safe space for all the Quartermaine offspring and acts as a mother figure to any of the kiddos in need that live in the mansion (and some that don’t). She’s a great wife, an incredible cousin, and an amazing friend.

Sure, she was the reason the Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaude) secret was exposed to Rocco Falconerni (Finn Carr), but in all honesty, leaving the file out was a mistake. Will Santa bless her with becoming a mom again in 2026?

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri

Speaking of BLQ, her biological son Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) hits this list because he’s got a heart of gold (just like his momma). His meltdown at the 2025 nurse’s ball was hard to watch because he is such a good person with good intentions.

While he’s made some mistakes along the way, mistakes that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) seems to overreact to, Gio always does the stand-up thing by taking responsibility for his actions.

He’s a loyal person who’s protective of his friends and family, plus, he’s been a great boyfriend to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) by being someone she can talk to about anything and supports every crazy idea she may have.

Cody Bell

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) likes to act like a “bad boy”, but when push comes to shove, he’s a soft, old teddy bear.

He may have spiraled a little when he found out his then-girlfriend, Sasha Corbin Gilmore (Sophia Mattsson), was his biological cousin, but Santa will likely forgive him for some of his misdeeds as he was a good guy for most of 2025. Plus, he’s won over Molly Lansing-Davis’s (Kristen Vaganos) heart, so how bad can he be?

Jason Morgan
Much like Robin Hood, who steals from the rich to give to the poor, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) does some bad things at times for the greater good of humanity.

No one can fault him for anything terrible he’s done to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and the very fact that he tossed everything aside to “save” Britt at the 5 Poppies Resort had Ms. Clause swooning and insisting he made Santa’s list this year.

Elizabeth “Liz” Webber

Not many would open their home to the town pariah, so this speaks volumes about the kind person that Elizabeth “Liz” Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is.

She tries her hardest to be a good friend and colleague, without judging, which is probably because she knows there were years she didn’t make Santa’s nice list.
