Meghan Markle Won’t Get Invited To The Met Gala

So much for being on the A list, right? There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle might not get that coveted invite to the Met Gala this year, just like she hasn’t gotten an invite to the event in the past, either.

Yet, that’s not stopping the Duchess of Sussex from dreaming. While there’s a good chance that she won’t admit to it, Prince Harry’s wife secretly wants to be part of the A list crowd in Hollywood but unfortunately, it’s been an uphill battle for her.

It’s been well over five years since Harry and Meghan pulled the plug from their working relationship with the royal family and moved from the UK to California.

And while plenty of time has passed for Harry and Meghan to establish themselves in Hollywood, that simply hasn’t happened. It seems like no one wants anything to do with them, let alone speak to them or be in the same room as the ex-royals.

And for Meghan Markle, this is quite concerning. She didn’t come this far just to be ignored. After all, she might not be a member of the royal family anymore, but she still does have her royal title.

Plus, Meghan is married to a prince. That right there should be enough to get her on all the invite lists to all of the most important events of the year. But that simply hasn’t happened and at this point, it looks like it’s never going to happen, either.

What’s Next For The Duchess of Sussex?

Sadly, the only time that Meghan Markle is ever going to appear on the red carpet for the Met Gala is in her dreams.

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.

That’s because Meghan would rather pretend like she has something better to do or that her schedule is so full that she doesn’t even have time to go to the Met Gala, let alone think about it.

But then again, anyone who knows the Duchess of Sussex well enough also knows that she would do anything to walk the steps of the Met and rub elbows with the elite of both the celebrity and entertainment worlds.

Because if someone like Kim Kardashian can do it, then clearly she can do it too, right? Watch this space for more.
