‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Friday, December 26: Dylan’s Secret, Brooke Flips, Katie’s New War

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, December 26, 2025. In today’s episode, Dylan (Sydney Bullock) has a secret.

Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) flips out over the new fashion house’s name. Plus, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) has a new feud on her hands. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

Ridge Forrester’s Confidence

At Forrester Creations, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke, and Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) look at models showing off the latest designs.

Everyone gushes over the dresses. Ridge doesn’t think Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie can compete. Donna urges them to support Katie.

At Spencer Publications, Katie is in her new office. They talk and Katie mentions that Brooke is being cautiously supportive.

Katie thinks that Brooke really doesn’t think she can do this. Bill assures her that she’ll prove the haters wrong.

New Fashion House Name

Ridge, Brooke, and Donna arrive. Donna compliments Katie’s glow. Ridge congratulates them. They bring up the new fashion house.

Bill will be there to help Katie, but doesn’t think she’ll need it. Everyone toasts to Katie. Bill gives a tour of the project so far.

BRIDGE brings up how hard it will be. However, Donna is confident Katie can handle it. Katie tells Ridge that it wasn’t that long ago that she had HIS job.

Katie unveils the new company name: Logan. Brooke doesn’t understand. Katie says that’s the name of her new fashion house. Brooke claims that’s her name!

She’s Logan. Katie reminds her that she’s a Logan too. Donna suggests everyone just think about this for a few minutes.

Brooke says this is wrong! Katie doesn’t own the name! Brooke tells her to change the company name and trying to steal from her reputation. Katie reminds the blonde that it was her who made her famous in the first place.

Dylan’s Secret

John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) are showering outside. Steffy and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) come outside as Dylan arrives.

They offer her a drink, but Dylan is still having a hard time with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). The men go to the grill while the women talk about Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s (Alexander and Chase Banks) crush on Dylan.

They ask about the art teacher’s Christmas, but she spent it alone. Everyone is confused, then Dylan says she parked her car down the street instead of the driveway.

Steffy, Finn, and Dylan talk about Hayes. The woman is excited when they suggest she babysit sometime. She doesn’t have a phone right now, though.

Inside the beachhouse, Electra and Will talk about Dylan. She’s so nice, they say. A neighbor’s watch guard says Dylan needs a parking pass.

Finn and Steffy leave, so Dylan goes to get some fresh air. Will approaches and wonders if Dylan would like to stay at the guest house.

Eventually, she agrees and goes to get her stuff. Will tells Electra that he thinks Dylan is homeless.
