The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease there is a war of the Logans taking place-Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) are not happy!

According to Brooke, her sister Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) who just remarried Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) can’t use “Logan” as a name for her fashion house, when it’s their family name!

The indignant look on Brooke’s face said it all-but she’s not just indignant about Katie using their family name for her fashion house, she’s indignant about Katie having her own fashion house!

She claims she’s supportive, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see she’s anything but, and Ridge isn’t happy either-especially not with “Spencer” involved.

The last thing that Brooke and Ridge want is another competitor and that’s exactly what Dollar Bill and Katie have done-founded a competitor.

Bill wanted his wife, who after years he’s finally convinced to remarry him, to have her own fashion house because it would be a dream come true for her. After working under her sister for so many years, it is a dream come true-but Brooke is determined to make it a nightmare and not allow them to proceed!

Brooke and Ridge file a cease and desist order to keep the new company from even starting, citing plagiarism in use of the name “Logan” even though it’s the sisters’ family name!

Katie had become indignant right back at Brooke, reminding her that she is a Logan too, Brooke doesn’t have dibs on their family name!

Brooke and Ridge get as far as the cease and desist order-but that’s it, and it looks like the rest will have to be settled in court.

And it also looks like the courts are backed up for quite some time, and this issue won’t be resolved in a speedy manner like Brooke and Ridge hope.

There’s Also The Fear Of Forrester Creations Losing Some Of Their Talent To Katie’s Company

There’s also the fear of Forrester Creations losing some of their talent to Katie’s company, since they’re now stuck in a boondoggle of backed up court calendars.

For one thing, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has returned to town, and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has decided to put him on Hope For The Future.

Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) objected, having promised the job to her brother Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) and Katie and Bill have talked to him.

The court order is only temporary until a court date which is so far several months away. In the meantime, Katie, Bill, and Bill’s lawyers are working on blocking the cease and desist order from taking effect!
