General Hospital Preview For 2026: Faison’s Plans Revealed, Who Will Nathan Choose?

General Hospital preview for 2026 reveals that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) supposedly died several years ago. However, his influence is still being felt throughout Port Charles.

Cesar’s evil influence has cost Profession Dalton (Daniel Goddard) his life and completely turned other people’s lives upside down. What can we expect to happen in 2026?

Britt Westborne Used For Slave Labor

After Britt Westborne (Kelly Thiebaud) died in her mother’s arms after being hooked by Heather Webber (Allie Mills), she turned up years later working at Five Poppies Resort in Croatia.

Britt was forced to perform sinister experiments in order to get medication to treat her Huntington’s disease. Of course, the big boss has not been revealed yet.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) saw Britt at the airport and ended up hunting down the place where she as being kept.

Unfortunately, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) managed to get herself locked up there too. Eventually Jason managed to bring Britt back to Port Charles where she is now living and working.

Anna Devane And Laura Collins Involvement

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was trying to prove that Faison had survived his supposed death just like Britt and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Anna was kidnapped before she could set off to prove her theory. Anna found herself in a room at Wyndemere on Spoon Island. Some rumors suggest that Anna is right on her theory.

Laura Collins (Genie Frances) deals with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who framed her for murder. Sidwell has pushed Laura and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) into a partnership to try and outmaneuver him.

Can Laura and Sonny finally take him down? Will Laura ever manage to get Sidwell out of Port Charles and in prison where he needs to be?

Nathan West’s Romantic Interest

When Paevey returned to General Hospital he wanted to give the fans a meaty story. Well Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is in a coma and Nathan West seems to be extremely attracted to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), Maxie’s best friend.

Who will Nathan end up with Lulu or Maxie? Speaking of Maxie, she is just about to wake up and she is in for a huge shock.

Fans are certainly questioning if Nathan is indeed himself or if he has someone else hiding under a mask or something.

Nathan doesn’t act exactly like Nathan and with everything that has been going on, no one would be surprised to find out that Nathan was either Peter August (ex-Wes Ramsey) or Faison returned from the dead.
