She’s more than just a Hollaback Girl. Clearly, we are talking about Gwen Stefani as there’s a new report that says she was very swift in shutting down divorce rumors with her husband, country star Blake Shelton.

For the longest time now, the rumor mill has been explosive with speculation suggesting Gwen was ready to walk away from her marriage with Blake.

And that’s not because she doesn’t love him. It’s because of their schedules. Gwen still loves her life in sunny California while Blake has made it clear that his heart will always belong in Oklahoma.

And while Gwen has done her best to try and make things work by settling down in Oklahoma with Blake, it hasn’t always been easy. To top that off, the couple have not been seen in public together since March.

Back then, they walked the red carpet for the Grand Ole Opry’s OPRY 100 celebration. But because they haven’t been seen in public since then, a lot of people couldn’t help but wonder if there might be something going on behind closed doors between Gwen and Blake.

Because rumors about their possible divorce keep on making headlines, Gwen Stefani decided to do something about it. She posted an Instagram story of her and Blake sharing a New Year’s Eve kiss.

What’s Next For Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton?

Clearly, nothing stops the world from talking about your possible divorce when you share a little public display of affection with you and your man, right? Gwen Stefani wouldn’t be making out with her husband in public if she truly was thinking about leaving him.

So far both Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have not made any additional comments about the state of their marriage, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.

For Gwen, all that matters is that the world knows she and Blake are still a unit and that the last thing she’s going to do is pull the plug on their marriage, especially since they’ve managed to get this far.
