Ultimately, Ridge came to the realization that Brooke was his one true love, leading him to reunite with her and once again end his relationship with Taylor.

Now that Taylor is developing feelings for the married Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), some viewers may be anxious about the potential consequences.

You can be sure that Ridge will become protective once he learns about the chemistry between Taylor and Deacon.

Ridge might confront Deacon and caution him to keep his distance from Taylor, raising concerns about whether he could become possessive and jealous.

Bradley Bell Assures No More Waffling On Ridge’s Part, And Taylor Won’t Go Back

Fortunately, as stated by Bradley Bell, there appears to be no need to worry about Taylor returning to Ridge. Taylor has likely learned her lesson regarding Ridge, who views Brooke as his true destiny and will inevitably end up with her.

“I felt it was necessary to bring the Taylor/Brooke/Ridge triangle to a close. It’s been decades, and at some point, Ridge can only remain in the middle of this situation without being excessively cruel for too long,” Bell confirmed. It’s reassuring that even Bradley Bell recognizes the unfairness of Taylor repeatedly losing;  so it’s a relief to know Bell is finally moving on from it after all this time.

‘Bridge’ Seems To Be Settled And Strong

Regarding Ridge and Brooke’s marriage, it appears to be quite strong. Bell emphasized the connection between Brooke and Ridge as soulmates while acknowledging that he introduced Deacon into Taylor’s narrative as someone who can truly appreciate her worth.

“From the very beginning, Brooke and Ridge have been meant to be together, and Taylor has often been in second place with Ridge throughout her life.

So I wanted her to meet a man who genuinely values her for the incredible person she is, and that happens with Deacon,” Bell explained.

Naturally, since Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) is Deacon’s wife, this will complicate the relationship between Taylor and Deacon as their chemistry intensifies!
