ily told Cane that she wasn’t sure how long she would be gone. Could Lily meet a new man while she is away from Cane’s influence and bring him back home with her?

Cane Ashby Is Stunned By Lily Winters Actions

After Cane and Lily shared a mind-blowing kiss on New Years Eve, Cane thought he and Lily has made some leeway.

Cane claims that he wants nothing more but to put his family back together and have a life with Lily and their children. Cane has spend years building up his fortune and now he wants his family back.

Cane unfortunately alienated Lily and his children by working with his father to become Aristotle Dumas.

The fact that Cane had the damaging AI program that he was willing to go after everyone in Genoa City with was a huge problem. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) involvement doesn’t help either. Lily just had to get away from it all.

Christel Khalil’s Maternity Leave

There was another reason that Lily and Cane’s reunion ended up waiting for a while is because Christel is on maternity leave so we are looking at 6 weeks or more probably before Lily returns to Genoa City.

Anything could happen during that time, especially if Lily’s children believe she needs to find someone who will not use her like their father.

Lily and Cane’s children literally want nothing to do with their father. Putting money over them and their mom is not acceptable for Cane’s children at all.

Cane has been out of their lives for years and these children are not going to allow themselves or the mother to be pulled into Cane’s web of lies. Lily deserves much better than she is getting her.

Lily Winter’s Twins Play Matchmaker

Lily’s twins have both cut Cane out of their lives. The twins may also decide that they mother deserves better.

Will Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson), make it a point to introduce her mom to new people who are worthy of a relationship with her. Mattie is likely to pick people who is the exact opposite of their father.

Could Lily meet someone new who she is very attracted to and eventually take him home. Spoilers say that Lily and Cane’s story isn’t over yet, but a new man would certainly make for some drama.

Can Cane truly win Lily over after that new years kiss and convince her to eventually give him another chance.
