That’s because her family members are apparently worried about her living with her broke and penniless new man. After all, Gisele is one of the most successful supermodels in the world with a vast fortune.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Her family warned her that marrying a penniless guy when she is worth millions is a mistake.”

The insider added, “Her family told her to just live with him. But between Valente‘s pressure and her being a traditionalist, she felt since they have a child, they might as well marry.”

Gisele Bundchen is worth at least $400 million while Joaquim only owns a gym in Miami with his brothers. Her family is worried that if their marriage ends up not working out, then Joaquim might end up taking more than his fair share of the pie.

And while they do get some attention from the media, it’s nothing compared to what she had to deal with while she was still married to Tom. Sure, Gisele was used to the attention but there’s no doubt she’s enjoying her new lifestyle with Joaquim right now.
