General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, January 13, 2026! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to admit her dream.

Britt Westbourne Cornered

Let’s start off with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Even though things were looking up for Britt, there is a threat. Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) confronts the doctor and reminds her of Sidwell’s orders. The brunette asks for “all” of them to just go away, so Marco must bring some backup.

Marco has no intention of going away, though. The look on his face and the way he steps forward is a bit concerning!

Jenz Sidwell vs Jordan Ashford

Fans recall that last week, Jordan alerted Laura Collins (Genie Fracis) to some intel about Sidwell. While it was juicy, Sidwell’s love triangle with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) won’t get the mayor out of blackmail. Jordan needs to be careful that Sidwell doesn’t get tipped off, though.

In a preview clip for the next episode, Sidwell warns Jordan. The man says not to underestimate him as he typically gets what he wants.

Valentin Cassadine’s Risk

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Valentin decides that they need to take a risk. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t so sure, though. It all depends on what kind of risk Valentin is talking about!

Since Valentin seems to run into Ava later in the week, how will that affect Carly’s secret? What happens to Valentin if he gets busted?! Will Ava keep quiet or alert Sidwell to an intruder?

Justine Turner’s Demand

Over with Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor), she has a stern order for the temporary commissioner. The woman tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to find the leak and shut it down.

Speaking of Willow, she makes an admission. The woman says that would be a dream come true. The nurse must be talking about getting custody of her kids back, but there will be some more twists!
