James Hurt His Head

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) took James to the hospital after he hit his head while skating too fast with the Falconeri kids.

Just as she was about to call his dad, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) appeared, having been informed by Charlotte Cassadine’s (Bluesy Burke) police escort about the incident. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) then came over and took James for X-rays. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

While Lulu and Nathan waited in an exam room, she repeatedly apologized for James getting hurt under her care. But Nathan assured her that he didn’t hold her responsible for the accident since James had a tendency to be reckless.

When James came back to the exam room, Nathan spoke to him about actions and consequences. Those included taking away his riding lessons with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) for three weeks as a punishment and made him apologize to Lulu.

Emma And Gio Took Things To The Next Level

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) opened the door for Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) in a bikini because the thermostat was malfunctioning.

Since she was waiting for the maintenance team to fix the heat and couldn’t go out, Gio stayed in the hot apartment to spend time with his girlfriend. Emma expressed her concerns about her grandmother’s long absence and how lonely she felt recently.

Gio assured her that he would always be there for her. Embracing the heat of the apartment, Gio and Emma decided to make their date tropical-themed, and things heated up even more when they made love for the first time.

Tracy Confronted Chase About Willow

At the Quartermaine residence, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) confronted Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about whether he was cheating on Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

She accused him of behaving inappropriately during his independent investigation. She cautioned him to end his loyalty to Willow before it harmed his marriage.

Chase retorted that while he had prioritized Willow over his job, it was absurd to suggest he would cheat on his wife.

Hearing their argument, Brook Lynn came into the den and, after Chase explained Tracy’s claims, she told her grandmother that she was out of line.

Laura Called Tracy To Come To The Mayor’s Office

At the mayor’s office, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) informed Laura about the latest issue with Tracy and mentioned he’d told the defense about the conversation he overheard.

It had been between the Quartermaine matriarch and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Laura, unable to handle the fighting any longer, told her brother he needed to confront Tracy directly; when Tracy arrived, she and Martin started trading insults.

They were both taken aback when Laura expressed her desire for Tracy to proceed with fraud charges against Martin to end the threats and blackmail.

Tracy quietly acknowledged that this would lead to Ronnie Bard’s (Erika Slezak) prosecution, which her family would never forgive.

Laura Played Peacemaker

But she quickly became snarky again, stating she’d deal with Martin her own way. Laura, still trying to mediate, pleaded with Tracy to find a way to get along with Martin, as she needed her friend and didn’t want to be caught in their conflict anymore.

Tracy agreed to a truce but warned Martin that if he ever harmed her family again, she would retaliate fiercely, regardless of her feelings for Laura.

Before leaving, Tracy remarked that having Laura as a sister was the best thing for Martin. Alone with Laura, Martin admitted he knew he was lucky, and she responded that while she loved him, she wouldn’t help him if he went after Tracy again.

Chase Explained Things To Brook Lynn And They Made Up

At the Quartermaines’, Chase vented to Brook Lynn about Tracy accusing him of cheating, which he found unbelievable since he would never be unfaithful.

Brook Lynn, who didn’t think her grandmother was wrong, told Chase she trusted him but felt he was blind to how Willow was using him.

Upset by this, Chase shouted that he couldn’t ignore Willow’s innocence and hated injustice; Brook Lynn argued that Willow wasn’t his concern and urged Chase not to lose himself defending his ex.

Chase assured her that nothing would come between them, saying she was his top priority, to which Brook Lynn responded that he was her safe haven. Appreciating their honesty and tough talks, they reaffirmed their love and shared a kiss.

Jason Took Britt On An Axe Throwing Date, Much To Carly’s Consternation

At the Throwing Club, Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) skated around their recent lives. When Jason arrived with Britt, Carly was unhappy to see her best friend on a date with the doctor.

After telling Britt that Carly’s opinion didn’t matter, Jason spoke to Carly and said who he spent time with was not her concern.

Carly cried that Britt wasn’t ‘safe’ for him, and if he got hurt saving her, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) would lose his only parent. Jason said Britt was complicated but a good person.

Carly Felt Something Was Off With Britt

Carly countered that she saw Britt save Josslyn’s life, but something was off, and Britt was going back to her old ways.

Eventually, Carly agreed to leave Britt alone for the night. Meanwhile, Britt joked to Josslyn that no one was good enough for Jason except Carly and asked Joss to keep her mother quiet.

When Josslyn asked why she should help, Britt threatened to tell Carly that Joss was a WSB agent, so Joss agreed to referee.

Britt then asked where S. Vaughn Nash (Bryce Durfee) was, and Joss explained he was reassigned since Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) always got his way.

Carly Worried Over Jason To Josslyn

Returning to her table with Josslyn, Carly conveyed to her daughter that her wish was for Jason to find happiness, yet Britt posed a risk and was trouble.

Josslyn pondered if Carly, having been correct about Jack, desired to be right about Britt as well. Carly maintained that she and Jack had resolved their problems and now that everything was back on course, Jack wouldn’t deceive her again.

Joss interjected that spies often lied, prompting Carly to inquire how Josslyn had acquired such knowledge about spies.

Josslyn Reminded Her Mother She’d Dated A Spy

Joss reminded her mother that she had once been involved with a spy, and Vaughn had previously mentioned that even though he didn’t intend to lie, the truth was no longer his to disclose.

Initially, she believed he was indifferent towards her, Joss continued, but she came to understand that the pain he felt in lying to her was a testament to how much he truly cared. Returning to her relationship with Jack, Carly shared that Joss didn’t need to be concerned about her and Jack, as she was fully aware of who he was.

Josslyn looked at her mother like she wasn’t so sure she knew who Brennan really was! The mother and daughter continued their girls’ night as across the club, Britt and Jason started throwing axes.

Jason And Britt Continued Their Date

Across the bar, Jason and Britt engaged in playful flirting as they participated in their friendly axe-throwing competition.

In a lighthearted moment, she proposed a wager: a kiss for the victor of the upcoming round. When Britt emerged victorious, her laughter filled the air as she teasingly declared that she would inform Jason when she was ready to claim her prize.

With that, Britt headed over to the bar to fetch them some fresh drinks, while Jason took his turn. He threw an axe that landed perfectly on the bullseye, having intentionally thrown the game to ensure Britt’s win.

Jack Got A Visit From His Boss

Jack’s boss, WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), told him that Anna had disappeared during her WSB mission on Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) project.

When Jack offered to find Anna, Cullum said evidence showed she hadn’t been captured but had left on her own.

Jack found this strange since Anna would never abandon her granddaughter Emma, but Cullum noted that Devane didn’t think clearly when Faison was involved.

Jack then asked what proof the WSB had that Anna was missing, and Cullum explained that the photo Jack wanted him to check (the one Anna sent to Emma at Christmas) was fake. Cullum deemed Devane a dead end and told Jack it was time to shift focus.

Cullum Said He Was There To Fix Things Jack Had Been Doing

Since Jack hadn’t been open about his fieldwork with the higher-ups, Cullum was sent to Port Charles to “fix” things and learn what Brennan knew about Faison’s network in the city.

Jack explained that he discovered Faison’s project was connected to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and an unknown partner; a missing professor involved in the research; and the return of Faison’s two presumed-dead children.

Unsatisfied with “theories” instead of results, Cullum accused Jack of hiding information and demanded to know if he had assets on Spoon Island.

Jack respectfully declined to answer, stating he was cautious about leaks in the mission, especially after Agent Collette Moreau’s (Mercedes Renard Lopez) treason, and he wouldn’t share that information. He then told Cullum to find Devane while he focused on Spoon Island.
