‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Friday, January 16: Willow’s Verdict, Nina’s Control, Alexis’ Weak Excuse

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, January 16, 2026! It shows Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) learns that the verdict is in.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) takes control of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Plus, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tries to explain to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). Keep reading, and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Harrison Chase Questioned

Let’s start off with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). The detective was suspended following his testimony at Willow’s trial. Everyone knows that Chase is a good cop with a strong moral compass.

However, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) needs some answers. The temporary commissioner asks Chase just how far he would be willing to go to protect Willow.

Britt Westbourne’s Advice

Over with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), she has a chat with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). The doctor will tell her mother that they could show him by doing the opposite. It’s not clear exactly who they are talking about, though.

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Passion

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) fell into passion with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). Afterward, Gio will ask Emma if she has any second thoughts. 

Alexis Davis Explains

At the law office, Alexis has to deal with Trina and Kai again. Trina will want to know how it is justice if Willow gets away with everything.

Alexis knows it’s not fair, but will insist she had no choice in the matter. Even though Alexis does have her reasons, it would be too complicated to explain.

Nina Reeves’ Control

As for Nina, she takes control of Drew. The blonde tells the congressman that they tried it his way. Now, it’s time to try it her way! 

Elsewhere, Willow gets a text alert. The verdict is in! All points sign to Willow getting her freedom. However, that means the Port Charles Police Department needs to start their investigation all over again. That could mean trouble for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson)! 

Anna Devane’s Situation

Over in captivity, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets another shock. The woman might end up in a new location.

The other possibility is that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) manages to find Anna stuck in captivity. That certainly would be an interesting twist, especially considering their complicated history together.
