‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update Jan 19-23: Emma & Nathan Connect, Nina & Kai Bond, Verdict Shockwaves 

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of January 19, 2026. Fans can expect Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) to turn to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) verdict causes shockwaves across Port Charles.

Plus, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) connects with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). Keep reading, and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Emma Scorpio-Drake Connects

Let’s start off with Emma, who just got passionate with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). At that time, Emma admitted to Gio that she was getting really worried about her grandmother. Of course, nobody realizes that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is being held hostage and tormented!

Next, Emma will turn to Nathan for help. This must have something to do with finding out what really happened to Anna. Meanwhile, Anna will continue to be tortured.

Sonny Corinthos’ Cryptic Offer

Now that Willow has a not guilty verdict, shockwaves will spread throughout town. Trina Robinson (Tabayna Ali) will end up telling Kai that Willow going free might not be all bad. Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wants Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to stick to his part of the deal.

There is also Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The mob boss will not allow the police to send Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to prison. Then, Sonny ends up making a cryptic offer.

Michael Corinthos vs Harrison Chase

General Hospital spoilers for next week reveal that Michael will have a tense encounter with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). While Chase was just trying to help a friend, the detective has no idea what he’s done. 

With Willow now free, Michael has a lot more to worry about, including more custody chaos!

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) rush to action in the ER. Later, Lucas has to deliver devastating news. That sounds like someone doesn’t make it, but whom?

Trina opens up to Ava Jerome (Maura West). While the blonde is privy to a lot of secrets, she also knows things aren’t always black and white. However, Ava ends up being manipulated by Sonny later on.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) makes an offer to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). 

Nina ends up sharing some advice with Kai. I’m not sure how Trina will feel about Kai bonding with Willow’s mother!

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets backed into a corner. It sounds like Jason could find out what she’s really doing for that medicine. Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) turns to someone unexpected for help.

It is also teased that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) brokers an introduction. Considering it must have to do with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), this introduction makes her a bit nervous!
