General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Monday, January 19, 2026. It shows Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) being tormented. Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) issues a threat.

On the Next General Hospital – Alexis Davis’ Demand

Let’s start off with Alexis, who initially believed Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) was innocent. The woman was also under duress from Drew regarding Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).

Even though the lawyer now realizes Willow did really shoot Drew, she couldn’t jeopardize the agreement because of Scout. Now that Willow is a free woman, she wants Drew to continue allowing Scout to see her family.

As for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she will open up to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). The lady will tell her boyfriend that Willow going free might not be so awful after all. It’s not like Willow shot an innocent man. Plus, Willow might be the only person who can truly protect Scout from Drew.

Justine Turner’s Threat

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 19 reveal that the preview clip shows Turner issuing a threat. The ADA warns Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that he could be the next one behind bars.

Elsewhere, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) assures Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) that he’s not going down for the shooting.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in the next episode, Anna’s nightmare is just getting started. The woman got her phlebotomy, but is getting some kind of another treatment. This one makes Anna paranoid and hallucinate.

The woman already imagined the doctor was Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and has heard Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) voice.

Things will get even worse for Anna and what is worse, when she gets out of there, she won’t know what was true or imagined. That will make it hard for anyone to really believe anything Anna says about the situation.
