General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Thursday, January 22, 2026. It shows there is a custody twist. Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) gets some warped advice.

Tracy Quartermaine Misfires

Let’s start off with Tracy, who is glad that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) can’t do any more damage. However, she will have the right idea about who is responsible. The woman seems to think that it was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!

Tracy summons Jason and offers to be his alibi. The man is confused as Tracy explains she will cover for “what he did.” The look on Jason’s face is pretty amusing, but just wait until he tells Tracy that he’s not guilty.

Alexis Davis’ Custody Twist

Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she will know that Willow has to be responsible for Drew’s condition. Now that Willow is a free woman, Alexis knows she is a danger to everyone.

The lawyer suggests that it would be best for Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) to live with her. However, I don’t see Willow saying yes to that.

Harrison Chase’s Career Fate

General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview also shows Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) getting some good news.

At the police station, Chase learns that he still has his job. However, it doesn’t look like Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) isn’t done talking yet. There could be conditions attached.

Josslyn Jacks Blindsided

There is also a scene featuring Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). The blonde is blindsided when the WSB boss says she is deactivated.

Carly Spencer vs Britt Westbourne

The preview clip shows Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) attacking Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). The blonde says that she’s not fooled by Britt like Jason is.

However, this could just give Britt the courage to follow orders and break up with him. Jason is going to want to know the real reason why, though.

Kai Taylor’s Moral Dilemma

Kai is already starting to suspect Willow. However, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is trying to take control of the situation. The blonde tells the young man that even the best people have to compromise sometimes.

It seems that Kai might stay quiet about his suspicions. However, could that be a move that Kai later regrets?
