General Hospital spoilers are in for Friday, January 23, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to begin breaking down in captivity.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) makes a surprising next move. Plus, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gives Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) an ultimatum.

On The Next General Hospital – Harrison Chase’s Next Move

Let’s start off with Chase, who was just demoted at the police department. Now instead of being a detective, Chase is a patrol cop. The man is furious over the demotion and did tell Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) about it.

However, next, Chase will make a surprising suggestion. The man tells Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that they should focus on adopting.

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Fear

Over with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), she is starting to get really worried about her grandmother. The young lady already went to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), who said he would look into it.

Next, Emma and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) have a chat with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). The young lady admits that she is starting to get the feeling that Anna is in trouble.

Anna Devane’s Visions

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Emma’s intuition is accurate. Curled up in a ball in a corner of her room, Anna screams that this isn’t happening and Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is not there.

It seems that Anna is really starting to break down due to the mind games and drugs that she’s been given.

Britt Westbourne’s Demand

There is also Britt, who will force Jason to make a choice. The woman asks who is more important to Jason: her or Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). That is going to be an impossible and very unfair ultimatum to make of Jason.

While Britt is under orders to dump Jason, Carly was just her route to do that. However, Jason isn’t going to give up until he gets to the truth.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in tomorrow’s episode, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) manipulates Ava Jerome (Maura West). Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) brokers an introduction.

Plus, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) turns to an unlikely source for help. In a preview clip, we see Ava questioning Joss.

Also, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is relieved. Does this have something to do with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) condition, or is this about the baby?
