‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Friday, January 23: Emma’s SOS, Chase’s Family Plan, Jason’s Tough Choice

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, January 23, 2026. It shows Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) issuing a plea. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) stuns Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Emma Scorpio-Drake’s SOS

Let’s start off with Emma, who is getting even more concerned about her MIA grandmother. The girl vented to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). While Jack said he would look into it, his hands have been busy with other matters.

Next, Emma will turn to Nathan for help. The girl stands next to Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) as she talks to Nathan about how Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) might be in real trouble.

Anna Devane’s Psychosis

Meanwhile, Anna is still stuck in captivity. The woman couldn’t believe she was hearing Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) voice.

The mind games will continue and it seems Anna is reaching her breaking point. In the preview clip, Anna cowers in a corner as she tries to convince herself that Faison isn’t really there.

Jason Morgan’s Tough Choice

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is under orders to break up with Jason. The woman doesn’t want to, but also needs her medication. There are also other lives at risk.

Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) tantrum is giving Britt a way to do that. The doctor tries to force Jason to choose between her and Carly. However, Jason will get immediately suspicious.

As for Carly, she will explain that Britt came there looking for a fight. However, fans know that the blonde isn’t exactly innocent. If she could just control that mouth of hers.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is questioned by Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Also, Chase just got demoted at the police station. However, instead of focusing on his career complication, Chase suggests to BLQ that they adopt. Of course, BLQ wants a baby but might think this is an unstable time to start their family.

Chase might take it the wrong way, though. I could see him turning to Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) for comfort, so stay tuned.
