‘Y&R’ Spoilers Weekly Update Jan 26-30: Mariah’s Darkness, Adam’s 180, Nate’s Comfort

The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for the week of January 26, 2026. Fans can expect Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to embrace her dark side.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has a change of heart. Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) comforts Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Mariah Copeland’s Darkness

Let’s start off with Mariah, who is battling her own thoughts along with Ian Ward’s (Ray Wise) evil influence.

The redhead ended up calling Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) from a burner phone, but never said anything. Abby might quickly forget about the phone call, but it could come back to her after a family tragedy.

Mariah embracing her dark side is terrible news for Abby and Devon Winters (Bryton James). The little boy goes missing in a preview clip.

Devon and Abby run through the house, but can’t find their son. While Devon tries to stay calm, Abby completely freaks out. 

Later, Devon and Abby get some help from Detective Matt Burrow (Matt Cohen). Meanwhile, Mariah hits the road with Dominic.

Adam Newman’s 180

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of January 26 reveal that Adam will have a change of heart. Fans know that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wanted Adam to use Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins against Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). 

In a preview clip for next week, Adam confides the plan to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). The woman is horrified, which could play a part in Adam having a change of heart.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) worries about Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) future with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). 

Victoria steps up to protect her family’s legacy. However, Victoria will also get some comfort from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

Also, Chelsea shares a secret with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). It sounds like Nikki will find out about Victor’s kidnapping scheme!

There is no way that Nikki will be okay with Victor putting Lily and the twins through that kind of ordeal. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) forces Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) hand.

Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) receives a tempting offer. Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is held accountable for her actions. The people who do this just happen to be Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon.
