Princess Eugenie Has Completely Cut Off Her Father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Former Prince Andrew’s woes continue to plague him well into the New Year. This time around, he’s not making headlines for some of the frivolous activities he indulged in whilst younger. Nope. This time, he’s gathering the consequences of his past actions.

Princess Eugenie Has Already Severed Contact With Her Disgraced Father, Source Claims

Last year was a hard one for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who lost the last of his royal vestiges as new evidence emerged, further shedding light on the nature of his associations with late trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

In the same vein, his ex Sarah Ferguson was dragged into the murk with him, as it was revealed she often turned to Jeffrey Epstein whenever money was tight.

Dealing with her parents’ disgraceful past whilst maintaining an amicable relationship with other members of the Royal Family seemed to be too taxing. For this reason, it’s been reported that Eugenie has simply chosen to distance herself from Andrew.

A Daily Mail source revealed that Eugenie is “refusing to speak to Andrew and did not visit him at Christmas. There is no contact at all, nothing. It’s Brooklyn Beckham level – she has completely cut him off.”

Princess Beatrice has reportedly opted to not go down the same route as her sister, instead tentatively leaving the lines of communication and reconciliation open.

The source noted that Beatrice “is trying to walk the fine line of not cutting her father off and yet remaining close with the Royal Family. They aren’t exactly in regular and close contact at the moment, but Eugenie isn’t trying to walk that line. She’s not speaking to him.”

Both sisters have remained close to Prince William through all this, even though everyone kept to their own this Christmas season. The source revealed: “Perhaps Christmas Day would have been an opportunity for William to break with tradition by publicly walking with his cousins, or at least smiling in their direction, ‘fab four’ style. For whatever reason that opportunity was missed.”

However, an insider insisted that “there’s no animosity” among the cousins.

As for Andrew, he’s already moved into his new home at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate and is busy cleaning up his new abode and dealing with pests.
