‘General Hospital Spoilers’ Tuesday, January 27: Carly’s Warning, Sonny Fears Betrayal, Anna’s Cracks, Lucas Provokes Sidwell

General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, January 27, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) issues a demand.

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has some words with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Plus, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) has a gift for someone.

On The Next General Hospital – Jason Morgan’s Mission

Let’s start off with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The right-hand man knows something is up with how Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) dumped him.

The man turns to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to discuss his options. They both know that Britt is somehow forced to pick up where Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) left off. So far, Jason hasn’t been able to get Britt to open up very much.

Sonny warns his long-time friend that if things go sideways, Britt could end up betraying him.

Josslyn Jacks’ Bold Move

Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) went to tell Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) what she learned from Wyndemere. While the blonde wanted in on the action, Jack ordered her not to do a thing.

Josslyn has never been one to follow orders very well, though. The young lady will end up making a bold move.

Lucas Jones’ Warning

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was bound to see or hear something he shouldn’t. That has happened when he overheard Britt at the manor. Lucas will end up questioning Britt.

Later, Lucas makes an even bigger mistake by confronting Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). The doctor says that Sidwell has no idea what kind of crazy he just invited into his home.

Carly Spencer’s Warning

As for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she catches up with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

The blonde reminds the teenager that if she wants to help Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), then she needs to stay safe.

Tracy Quartermaine’s Gift

As for Tracy, she extends some kind of gift to someone. However, it is also stated that Tracy will suffer a setback.

Anna Devane’s Demand

Over with Anna, she is still stuck in captivity. The woman demands that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) show his face to her now!

However, fans know that Anna is quickly losing it because of the mind games as well as those “treatments” she’s receiving. It’s only a matter of time before Anna starts to believe everything she’s being told and shown, so stay tuned.
