That’s because speculation is rife that something must be going on with her health again, and it’s all based on her appearance.

While the media certainly doesn’t like to speculate about Kate Middleton and her health, they’ve noticed that she looks nothing like her former self, which is why a lot of people are asking: is everything okay? And if not, what’s really going on?

Clearly, the internet had a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “I always find it hard to see when a celebrity is unhealthily skinny, but there’s this point where it becomes really obvious in how the throat looks and how big someone’s head starts to look in comparison to the rest of the body.”

Another critic wrote, “I am not a Kate fan, but I do think we should be concerned about the situation.”

“I wish Kate could get out of the public eye and get the help she needs, but Meghan said that was never an option.”

And then there was this comment as well: “She has always been very slim, but yes she’s way too thin now. I’m surprised she wears clothes that emphasise how thin she has become.”

“She’s always had an athletic build, but she’s gone full waif. And it’s gotten worse in the last few months. Recovery should be putting weight back on her, but it isn’t.”

Yikes! Those are some pretty harsh comments, but it looks like they are not going away: the internet is truly that concerned. Either way, here’s hoping that everything is okay with the Princess of Wales and that sometimes she’s just a victim of bad camera angles, right?
