As many General Hospital fans already know, Nikolas is locked up in Pentonville, but if he does come back, fans can’t help but wonder if it’s going to be actor Adam Huss or actor Marcus Coloma and which man is going to take over the role.

That, or it can be a completely different actor altogether, should the producers of General Hospital decide to go with new talent. That would surely bring a lot of attention to the show again.

As our loyal readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “I think a recast would be nice too. They seldom get it right but I think Michael and Lulu are good and fairly recent. Maybe the third time would be the charm, because, sadly, our real Nicolas is gone forever, unfortunately.”
